Heroes - Chapter 9 - Homecoming
Running a tad short on time this morning, so here's the TVBlend recap. And another one I just found via our good friend Google. It was a very good episode, definitely one of the darker ones this season. What did you think?

I liked this episode and next week's look very good indeed. Here are some random thoughts about this week's show:
(1) I thought of two movies while I was watching Heroes. One was when Claire's dad grounded her and asked her if his rules were clear and she said "Crystal" (Movie: A Few Good Men). The other was when Claire's friend climbed the ladder outside her window and said "I'm here to rescue you." (Movie: Star Wars).
(2) I liked how he electronically threw rocks at her window.
(3) It was neat to see a story arc from the second episode come full circle (Claire's cheerleading nemesis taking credit for the fire rescue and then getting attacked by Sylar).
(4) Does Sylar also have access to this list? If so, is that how he is tracking them down? Or does he have a tracking ability on his own?
(5) I noticed Claire, Nathan, Matt and Nikki on the list from the computer. I did not see Peter, Hiro, DL, Mikah, etc. but it did flash by very quickly.
(6) So, I wonder what special powers Mohinder's sister had?
(7) It was very brave for Peter to go to Odessa even thought the painting looks like he dies. Also, cool that he fixed himself when Claire came back. She almost told him about her powers. I wonder if she will tell her Dad.
(8) So, did Hiro save Charlie? If so, then where are they? I thought there was a note in the beginning about "We will always remember you, Charlie." or something like that. Maybe it was just a going-away note.
(9) Very cool to see how Sylar cuts open the heads of his victims. And it was nice to see Claire's nemesis redeem herself by telling Claire to run, instead of asking Claire to help her.
(10) How many cups of coffee did Ando consume while he was waiting for Hiro?
(11) Is DL dead or did the bullet just through him (since he can pass through solid objects himself)?
(12) When Mikah ran away, I was thinking - can he get money from an ATM?
That's all for now. Can't wait for next week. It should be very good.
